P, de haber asesinado a Gustavo Yanco Costich en la ciudad de Zapala y pidi\u00f3 que quede detenido con prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La acusaci\u00f3n la realiz\u00f3 hoy durante una audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de cargos realizada al mediod\u00eda en Zapala. La representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal sostuvo que el hecho ocurri\u00f3 el 11 de noviembre de este a\u00f1o, alrededor de las 19. Fue en una vivienda en la calle mercado al 420. All\u00ed estaban dos hombres y una mujer, cuando llegaron la v\u00edctima y un hermano.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1 en marcha, se produjo una discusi\u00f3n y luego G. F. P sac\u00f3 un cuchillo y apu\u00f1al\u00f3 en el est\u00f3mago a la v\u00edctima, que muri\u00f3 como consecuencia de la herida.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fiscal del caso acus\u00f3 al imputado por el delito de homicidio simple (art\u00edculos 79 y 45 del C\u00f3digo Penal).<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia, Pizzipaulo pidi\u00f3 que el acusado quede detenido con prisi\u00f3n preventiva. Argument\u00f3 que existe peligro de entorpecimiento del caso.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El juez de garant\u00edas Diego Chevarr\u00eda aval\u00f3 la formulaci\u00f3n de cargos y la prisi\u00f3n preventiva por un plazo de cuatro meses.<\/span><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0La fiscal del caso Laura Pizzipaulo acus\u00f3 hoy a un hombre, G.
