Por cuanto los efectivos procedieron a la identificaci\u00f3n del joven conductor confirmando que no pose\u00eda la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la colaboraci\u00f3n del personal de la Planta Verificadora de Chos Malal, se constataron las numeraciones del motor y cuadro del veh\u00edculo, confirmando que la motocicleta, marca Honda modelo XR 250, ten\u00eda un pedido de secuestro vigente por denuncia de robo en 2015. La Fiscal\u00eda de Robos y Hurtos de Neuqu\u00e9n orden\u00f3 el traslado del veh\u00edculo a Chos Malal para realizar las diligencias correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conductor fue infraccionado por transitar sin casco reglamentario y por carecer de toda la documentaci\u00f3n requerida para la conducci\u00f3n.
