Se hacen con r\u00facula y no se amasan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d1oquis souffl\u00e9 de r\u00facula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Animate con esta receta s\u00faper f\u00e1cil: no se amasan, apenas se \u201ccortan\u201d desde una manga directo al agua hirviendo y son deliciosos <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PORCIONES<\/strong>&#8211; <strong>3<\/strong>+<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para los \u00f1oquis<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 ml de leche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cdta. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g de manteca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g de harina 0000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 u de huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g de r\u00facula<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>aceite c\/n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para la salsa<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 u de tomates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sal a gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pimienta negra a gusto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g de queso parmesano<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Preparaci\u00f3n<br>Para los \u00f1oquis<br>Calentar la leche con la sal y la manteca. Una vez que est\u00e1 todo disuelto, agregar la harina.<br>Batir a fuego suave hasta que la masa compacta se torne suave.<br>Retirar e incorporar los huevos de a uno, a mano o con batidora, hasta que la masa al levantarla se estire sin cortarse.<br>Procesar las hojas de r\u00facula sin sus tallos con un poco de aceite y unir a la masa.<br>Poner la mezcla en manga de pico liso y sobre una olla con agua hirviendo dejar caer porciones de 2 cm, cort\u00e1ndolas con un cuchillo.<br>Cuando empiecen a flotar, cocinar por 2 minutos m\u00e1s y servir con la salsa.<br>Para la salsa<br>Retirar las semillas y el centro de los tomates, cortarlos en cubos peque\u00f1os y saltearlos con aceite de oliva unos minutos. Salpimentar y salsear los \u00f1oquis.
